Originally built for a second track, the former westbound main track is currently used as an active Wisconsin & Southern route, while the eastbound track is now a trail.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition. This bridge is a unique example of railroad and pedestrians using the bridge.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
